1. Scope
This notice applies to the Grand Champion buyer-review website, its downloadable sales resources, the Qualified RFQ builder, and the website links used to contact Jonathan Su.
2. Information the website handles
RFQ project details
The RFQ builder lets you prepare product type, target market, quantity range, compliance needs, launch timing, and file or sample notes. The website uses those details in your browser to prepare a message and downloadable handoff files.
Campaign and route context
If you open a tagged outreach link, the website may retain source, campaign, route, landing path, and landing section so the relevant buyer route can be shown and measured.
Contact information
The website does not ask for a buyer name, email address, or phone number in the on-page RFQ fields. You may choose to include contact details when you send an email, open WhatsApp, call, or otherwise communicate with Jonathan.
3. Browser storage and local downloads
- RFQ drafts are stored locally in your browser so you can continue after a refresh.
- Campaign attribution may be stored for the current browser session.
- RFQ packets and CRM-ready CSV files are generated locally after the required RFQ details are complete.
- The website does not upload your design files, drawings, reference samples, or RFQ message body to a Grand Champion web server.
You can clear the RFQ draft from the RFQ builder. Browser controls can also remove local and session storage.
4. Analytics and measurement
The website has a privacy-limited event layer for page load, section views, route selection, resource downloads, contact actions, and RFQ readiness. When a production analytics provider such as Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics is enabled, these events may be sent to that provider.
The event design excludes buyer names, email addresses, phone numbers, the full RFQ message body, and uploaded-file contents. It may include non-personal project routing details such as product type, target market, RFQ completion counts, quality level, selected route, and campaign source.
5. Email, WhatsApp, phone, and external services
When you choose Email Jonathan, WhatsApp, or a phone link, you leave the website or open an application controlled by another provider. Information you send is handled by that communication provider and by Grand Champion's business communication process.
Downloaded capability files, checklists, and contact cards are saved through your browser. Your device and browser settings control where those files are stored.
6. Your choices
- Review and edit the RFQ message before sending it.
- Clear the locally saved RFQ draft from the website.
- Use browser settings to clear site data or limit analytics storage.
- Contact Jonathan about personal information contained in a business email, WhatsApp message, or other direct communication.
7. Privacy contact
Questions about this notice or information included in direct business communications can be sent to jonathan@gchampion.com.cn or discussed through WhatsApp +86 186 7515 8040.
This notice may be updated when the production domain, analytics provider, contact workflow, or website data behavior changes.
